Happy Fall Ya’all! It’s Stacy from CraftaholicMomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with a set of cute treat pouches. These would be great for gift cards, bookmarks or anything you’d like to put inside. They’d make perfect little gifts. Plus they are SUPER easy and fast to make using just one sheet of 6×6 paper.
First thing to do is take your paper and score it. I’m including a diagram I drew showing the score marks and cut marks.
Next take your scissors and cut off the two selected bottom portions.
If you want a fancy border on the top of your pouch go ahead and punch or die cut it now.
Next use your favorite tape runner or strong tape to add adhesive to the two 1/2″ sections.
Now close up the long side and bottom. Fold over the back panel and viola! You have a super fast and totally cute treat pouch.
Just decorate it! I added tags and stickers and leftover scraps to decorate mine. I used these adorable pumpkin paperclips by Doodlebug Designs to attach my tags to the pouches.
I made a matching bookmark to go with one of the pouches. The book mark measures 5 1/2″ by 2″. Rustic twine adds the perfect touch to the tags and bookmark.
All three of these pouches and bookmark took me less than 20 minutes to make. You could easily mass produce these for a class of kiddos, teachers or co-workers. I hope you give this super easy tutorial a try. I’d love to see what you make! Use hashtag #stacystreatpouch in your social media and I’ll show you some love!!
